Making healthy choices outside of home can be daunting, but it doesn't have to be. With a bit of preparation, you can effortlessly integrate nourishing snacks into your workday.


Steps to Healthy Eating at Work:


Step 1: Stock Up on Nutritious Basics:

  • Hard-boiled eggs, grass-fed beef sticks, lupini beans, organic string cheese, plain Greek yogurt, protein powder travel packs.

  • Apples, clementines, pre-cut celery, carrots, avocado, guacamole packets.

  • Quality crackers, chips made with avocado oil, organic roasted nuts, nut butter packets, raw rev bars, dark chocolate (>70% cocoa).

Step 2: Stay Hydrated:

  • Keep a water bottle at your desk and sip water throughout the day. Staying hydrated supports digestion and keeps fatigue at bay.

Step 3: Prepare Smart Snacks:

  • Make easy wraps with almond flour, guacamole, and organic turkey or canned salmon.

  • Opt for bean-based pasta with tomato chunks or Right Rice with turkey slices.
